SALE OF GOODS
A person's account will not be charged for any items they add to the basket until after they check out and provide their payment details. PayPal is the only payment method accepted, and all sales are final.
RETURN POLICY
We aim to have a hassle-free policy, therefore any customers dissatisfied with their purchase may reach out to us and return their items within two working days. Customers will be refunded the purchase amount within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends).
DELIVERY
We currently only offer delivery in Cape Town, and all parcels will be delivered by Aramex. It will take one working week to process your order, thereafter your parcel will be delivered. The duration of the delivery will be dependent on your location and the delivery option you pay before. Styla Clothing will not be held responsible for any parcels that have been lost or damaged.
